Employee is unable to take Holiday
(i) Where an Employee is unable to take Holiday
Any employee who is unable to take a holiday at the time decided upon by the employer either because of accident or sickness or because he is required by the employer to work during that period shall be granted his holiday by the employer as soon thereafter as is reasonably convenient.
