College Registration and Examination Fees and Completion of Log Books

13.00 College Registration and Examination Fees

Apprentices shall not be responsible for the payment of college or examination fees.

Fees for Adult Trainees are subject to funding being available.

14.00 Completion of Log Books

Apprentices and Adult Trainees are required to complete field evidence entries in the SJIB Apprentice/Adult Trainee Log Book accurately. Failure to do so will lead to the Apprentice /Trainee not being upgraded from one stage to another or permitted to sit the Final Integrated Competence Assessment (FICA).

Employers, with the assistance of the SJIB appointed SECTT Training Officers, are obliged to ensure that the Log Book is completed accurately in accordance with the requirements of each stage detailed in the Log Book.
